性病疑病症患者的心理分析及心理综合疗法研究

摘　　要：目的:对性病疑病症患者进行心理调查分析,并探讨以森田疗法为主的心理综合疗法对患者所起的作用。方法:采用精神卫生自评量表(SCL-90)和Hamilton抑郁量表(HAMD)对30例性病疑病症患者进行心理评估,以及采用以森田疗法为主的心理综合疗法对患者进行治疗,于治疗前后检测患者外周血中5-羟色胺(5-HT)和去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平作为疗效的客观评价指标。结果:30例性病疑病症患者按SCL-90评分结果分为:混合型22例,强迫症型4例,疑病症型2例,恐惧症型2例;治愈率26.7%,显效率53.3%,总有效率80.0%;治疗后SCL-90和HAMD评分比治疗前显著下降,5-HT和NE水平治疗后比治疗前显著上升(均P<0.05)。结论:性病疑病症患者的心理障碍是以混合型出现率最高,其次是强迫症型、疑病症型和恐惧症型;以森田疗法为主的综合心理疗法治疗性病疑病症疗效较好。Objective：To analyze the psychological state of patients with venereophobia and observe the therapeutic effects of the comprehensive psychotherapy based on Sentian Treatment. Methods： Symptom check list 90 （ SCL - 90 ） and Hamilton Depression Scale （ HAMD ） were used to evaluate the psychological state of the venereophobia patients, comprehensive psychotherapy based on Sentian Treatment were offered to the patients. The blood levels of 5 - HT and NE were measured at the first and the eighth week. Results：Among the 30 cases with venereophobia, 2 cases were phobia, 2 were hypochondria, 4 were obsessive compulsive disorder and 22 were mixed type. For the treatment efficacy, the cure rate was 26.7%, the significant improvement rate was 53.3%. The total effective rate of our treatment was 80. 0%. The post - treatment scores of SCL - 90 and HAMD were lower than the pre - treatment scores, and the post - treatment levels of 5 - HT and NE increased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： The psychological symptoms of venereophobia are various. The mixed type is the dominant type, followed by obsessive compulsive neurosis, phobia and hypochondria. The comprehensive psychotherapy based on Sentian Treatment is effective in treating venereophobia.
