摘　　要：论述了科技统计的内容和任务,分析了科技统计对科研管理的作用,指出科技统计是科研管理创新的前提,要提高科技管理水平,就不能忽视科技统计在科技管理中的地位和作用。只有做好科技统计工作,充分发挥其在管理与决策中的作用,不断创新,才能使科技统计与高校科研管理有机融合,促进高校科研管理水平提高。This paper discusses the contents and tasks of the scientific and technological statistics, analyzes the effects of scientific and technological statistics on scientific research management and puts forward the idea that scientific and technological statistics is the precondition of the innovation of scientific research management. The status and importance of the scientific and technological statistics in the management of scientific research shouldn＇t be overlooked so as to enhance the level of the management, which can be reached through exerting the effects of scientific and technological statistics in management and decision -making, continuing to make innovations and associating scientific and technological statistics with the scientific research management .
