摘　　要：产学研结合在我们国家从出现到迅速发展,历时二十余年。产学研结合的模式从一开始借鉴国外成功的模式到自我摸索、创新,产生了各不相同,各有千秋的产学研结合模式。本文着重研究目前国内产学研结合取得较为显著成效的几种主要模式,分析、比较这些模式的形成和主要特点。There has been twenty years since the beginning and the rapid development of the integration of production, study and research. This mode, since the very beginning, has engendered many divers modes. The present paper focuses on the main modes and analyzes and compares their formation and the main features.
