摘 要:在少齿差内啮合齿轮传动中存在多齿弹性啮合效应。在无制造误差的情况下,多齿对同时啮合并承担载荷,使单个轮齿承受的实际载荷大幅降低。然而,制造误差的存在使这一效应的积极作用有很大程度的降低。要充分而可靠地利用这一效应,需要建立考虑误差的多齿弹性啮合效应的精细数学模型。基于其主要影响因素——基节误差的随机性,引入蒙特卡罗随机模拟方法,在一定的可靠度下定量地研究它对多齿弹性啮合效应的影响。In the case of no manufacturing errors, multi-tooth pairs mesh and bear load at the same time, causing the actual load of every single tooth pair to decrease greatly. However, the existence of manufacturing error greatly reduces the positive effect. To fully utilize the effect, it is necessary to establish a fine mathematical model for the multi-tooth pairs' elastic meshing effect (EME) with manufacturing error taken into consideration. Considering the randomicity of base pitch error, which is one of the main manufacturing errors that influences the multi-tooth pairs' EME, we introduce the Monte Carlo random simulation method to study quantitatively the influence of base pitch error on the EME at a certain degree of reliability.
