摘 要:以2K-V型减速机为研究对象,综合考虑各零件加工误差、装配误差、齿轮啮合间隙、轴承间隙、零件弹性变形及其旋转零件的惯性载荷等因素对传动精度的影响,建立了非线性动力学计算模型;并利用该模型对传动装置中各轴承间隙、摆线轮与针齿间的啮合间隙及转矩所引起的系统回转传动误差进行研究,结果表明:摆线轮及行星架曲柄轴轴孔处的轴承间隙、转矩等对系统的传动精度影响较大。We study the 2K-V type decelerator and establish its non-linear dynamic model, taking in consideration the effect of its parts-machining error, assembly error, backlash of gears, clearances of bearings, elastic deformation of parts and inertial load of rotary parts on transmission accuracy. Using the dynamics model, we study the rotational transmission error of the decelerator, which is caused by clearances of bearings, meshing clearances between cycloid gears and pin gears and rotational torque. The study results show that the clearances of bearings at crank shaft holes in both cycloid gears and carriers and their rotational torque have rather big effect on the transmission accuracy of the decelerator.
