摘  要:试验旨在研究添加绿汁发酵液(FGJ)、纤维素酶(CEL)、绿汁发酵液+纤维素酶(MIX)对象草青贮品质的影响。用2种不同含水率(高—79.9%,低—70.0%)的象草制作了青贮。对2种象草青贮均设FGJ、CEL、MIX和对照(CON)4个处理,每个处理2个重复,常温下贮存50d。结果表明:①添加FGJ降低了2种含水率青贮的pH和氨态氮(VBN)、提高了干物质回收率(DMR)和粗蛋白(CP)含量(P<0.01,P<0.05),还提高了高含水率青贮的水溶性碳水化合物(WSC)含量;添加MIX降低了2种含水率青贮的pH、提高了WSC和CP含量(P<0.01,P<0.05),还降低和提高了高含水率青贮的VBN和DMR(P<0.01);添加CEL,高含水率青贮的VBN降低、WSC和CP含量提高(P<0.01,P<0.05),低含水率青贮的CP含量提高(P<0.01)。②高含水率青贮的pH、VBN和气体损失率(GL,除FGJ)高于低含水率青贮(P<0.01,P<0.05),而DMR和CP含量低于低含水率青贮(P<0.01,P<0.05)。③低含水率的FGJ和MIX青贮是优质青贮。因此,适当降低象草的含水率同时添加FGJ或MIX能调制优质象草青贮。This experiment is to study the effect of fermented green juice (FGJ),cellulase (CEL) and fermented green juice + cellulase (MIX) on fermentation quality and chemical composition of napier grass silage. Two kinds of napier grass with different moisture content (high -79.9%, low -70.0%) were made silages. Each napier grass silage was divided into four experimental groups,located FGJ,CEL,MIX and control group (CON),each treatment two repeats. The both silages were fermented for 50 days. The results showed that: 1)The addition of FGJ declined the pH value and the content of volatile base nitrogen(VBN) significantly, and the reverse trend was observed in the dry matter rate and the content of coarse protein (P〈0.01, P〈0.05),this treatment also raised the high moisture silage water-soluble carbohydrate (WSC) content; The addition of MIX reduced the pH of the two types of moisture silages and improved the WSC and CP (P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05), and also reduced VBN and improved DMR of the high moisture silages (P 〈0.01); With the addition of CEL, the VBN of high moisture silage got lower, bud WSC and CP content increased(P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05),CP of low moisture silage increase (P 〈0.01). 2)The pH, VBN and gas loss rate (GL. Without addition FGJ) of high moisture silage were higher than low moisture silage (P 〈0.01, P 〈 0.05),but the DMR and CP were lower (P〈0.01, P 〈0.05). 3)The low moisture content MIX and FGJ silage were quality silage. In summary, the treatment of reducing the moisture content as soon as adding FGJ or MIX to tile napier grass properly can make quality napier grass silages.
