摘 要:目的探讨磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)在评价肝硬化进展方面的价值。资料与方法测量比较正常肝脏及ChildA、B、C组肝脏表观扩散系数(ADC)值,分析肝硬化患者血清胆碱酯酶(ChE)活力与其肝脏ADC值的相应关系。结果随着肝硬化的进展肝脏ADC值降低,相邻各组间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。ADC值的降低与肝脏合成ChE能力的下降相关。结论MR-DWI能早期反映肝硬化病变。肝脏ADC值与肝硬化程度相关,且能反映肝脏合成功能的变化。Objective To investigate the value of Diffusion Weighted Imaging(DWI) in evaluating the severity of hepatic cirrhosis. Materials and Methods Liver' s ADC values in normal group and Child A,B,C groups were calculated and compared. The relationship between serum cholinesterase (ChE) activity and liver's ADC values was analyzed. Results With the development of hepatic cirrhosis, ADC values decreased. Significant differences were found among the groups (P 〈 0.05). The reduction of ADC values was related with reduction of the synthetic ChE function of liver. Conclusion DWI can detect liver cirrhosis early. Liver' s ADC value is relevant to the stage of hepatic cirrhosis, and it can also reflect hepatic synthesis function.
