浅析独立学院学生学习动机的培养

摘　　要：正确培养独立学院学生的学习动机是其办学过程中需要面对的一大课题。本文通过对独立学院学生的特点及独立学院现状的分析,提出培养独立学院学生的学习动机应坚持,以人为本的办学宗旨,坚持"因势利导"的培养方针,并在教学和管理过程中下功夫。To correctly cultivate the learning motives of the indepndent institute students is a big there to be studied druning the process of running the institute. This poper holds that people first is the purpose of running school, the principle of malcing the best use of the situation should be managing should be strict, after analyzing tee characterstics and the curreut situation of independent institutes.
