摘  要:采用花粉染色、花粉萌发方法对6个马铃薯品种(系)花粉的育性进行了测定,结果表明,染色剂间、染色剂与品种互作间差异不显著,而马铃薯品种(系)间花粉育性差异极显著,其中以四倍体栽培品种甘农薯3号花粉育性最强,体细胞杂种C-1-4、C-1-12和四倍体栽培品种甘农薯1号次之,体细胞杂种P-1-12和P-2-118育性最差.研究还表明,马铃薯花粉培养以液体萌发培养基(8%蔗糖+1.5 mg/L硼酸+100 mg/kg氯化钙溶液)效果最佳,其培养条件为在28~30 ℃黑暗条件下培养5 h.通过比较,马铃薯花粉生活力测定方法以发芽法较染色法结果更理想.The pollen fertilities of potato had been measured by pollen coloration and pollen germination. The results showed that there was no significant difference between colorants, colorant and variety, but there was significant difference between varieties. Pollen fertility of tetraploid tissur culture Gannongshu No. 3 had the best fertility, somatic hybrid"C-1-4" and"C-1-12"had better fertility but somatic hybrid"P-1-12"and"P-2-118"had the lest pollen fertility. The liquid culture medium(C4) trains the pollen of potato was the best through five hours in dark condition with 28-30 ℃. Culture medium sprouting was idealer than coloration method result by comparing the methods of measuring pollen fertility.
