摘　　要：多发、难治和术后复发率高是膀胱癌的特点。目前癌症的治疗以手术切除和放、化疗为主,但均无法取得理想的效果,近年来新兴的基因治疗被寄予了厚望。恶性肿瘤的基因治疗已成为当前临床肿瘤研究的热点,作者就膀胱癌的基因治疗情况作一回顾及展望。Bladder cancer is characterized by multiple, incurable and high postoperative recurrence. The conventional treatments for bladder malignant tumors, including surgery, chemotherapy and radiation, were highly invasive and sometimes only palliative. Gene therapy has become a promising strategy for the treatment of malignant tumors. This review presents the research progress associated with gene therapy of bladder cancer.
