高压氧在淋巴瘤化疗中作用的评价

摘　　要：为了评估高压氧在淋巴瘤化疗中的作用，30例观察组患者采用化疗加高压氧治疗，30例对照组患者单用化疗。比较分析观察组与对照组淋巴瘤的疗效和血象、骨髓象变化及毒副作用的发生率。结果：观察组与对照组比较，瘤块消退速度分别为23．85±3．22cm2／疗程、10．81±2．31cm2／疗程（P＜0．01），诱导CR时间分别为23±8．31天、49±8．81天（P＜0．01），CR率分别为90％、60％（P＜0．05），CR持续时间分别为24．5个月，14．5个月（P＜0．01），中位生存期分别为27个月、16个月（P＜0．01）。10例对照组病人采用高压氧治疗前后自身对照，上述观察指标差异更明显，高压氧治疗可使在化疗中的淋巴瘤患者血象中粒细胞、血小板、骨髓象中粒细胞，巨核细胞，增生度，分裂指数等观察项目下降率明显减低。显然，高压氧可提高淋巴瘤化疗效果，减少复发率，并可能有增强骨髓巨核系，粒系造血功能的作用。To evaluate the effect of hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO ) in chemotherapy of lymphoma 30 cases of lymphoma were treated by chemotherapy plus HBO, and 30 cases without. The therapeutic effects, blood picture, bone marrow changes,toxic and side-effects were observed and compared in the two groups. The results showed that in 10 cases of the HBO group,significant difference of the above observation items existed before and after HBO therapy .and that the peripheral granulocyte and platelet and the bone marrow granulocyte, megakaryocyte, pro liferation degree and division index in the HBO group were remarkable retarded than those in the control group. The study indicates that HBO can enhance the chemotherapeutic effect,accelerate the proliferation of granulocyte and megakaryocyte in bone marrow of the patient with lymphoma.
