复发性卵巢上皮癌二线化疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨复发性卵巢上皮癌化疗的治疗效果。方法将25例复发性晚期卵巢癌给予VP16+DDP或VP16+IFO方案,4～8个疗程。结果初治卵巢癌无复发与进展时间>6个月者,二线化疗效果明显优于<6个月者,两者比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论VP16+DDP或VP16+IFO方案治疗复发性卵巢癌,消化道反应轻、无肾功能损害、花费少、疗效好。Objective To research the clinical effect of chemotherapy in curing recrudescent ovarial pidermal cancer. Methods 25 patients who were diagnosised of recrudescent ovarial cancer VP16 ＋ DDPor VP16 ＋ IFO schema in 4 - 8 course of treatment. Results The group which first treatment without relapseand more than 6 month of progression has better effect in second line than less than 6 months Conclusion Using the VP16 ＋ DDPor VP16 ＋ IFO schema to cure recmdescent ovarial cancer had many advantages, such as lightly reaction of digestive tube.having none renal functional lesion,spending less but having a good curative effect,etc.
