胰头的矢状断层解剖──断层标本与磁共振图像对照研究

摘　　要：为给胰头疾病的磁共振成像诊断提供解剖学依据，利用３８例成人腹部连续矢状断层标本和６例成人活体腹部磁共振矢状图像，研究了胰头的矢状断层解剖。胰头集中出现于正中矢状断面右侧０～４．８８ｃｍ范围内；在断层标本上，其最大前后径２．９１±０．６５ｃｍ，最大上下径５．６２±０．９９ｃｍ；钩突的出现率为８４．２１％，７１．０５％的出现在Ｌ１～Ｒ１断层；３６．８４％的主胰管位于胰头后上部，３４．２１％的居后下部，内径１．９８±０．５５ｍｍ；副胰管的出现率为３１．５８％，大致行于胰头的中央部，内径１．２５±０．４１ｍｍ。此外，还详细研究了胰头在连续矢状断层上的识别及毗邻。To provide the sectional anatomic data for MRI diagnosis of pancreatic diseases,the sectional anatomy of the pancreatic head on the sagittal plane was investigated by using 38 sets of serial sagittal sections of adult cadaver and MRI of 6 adult volunteers.The pancreatic heads were usually visualized on the right of the median plane ranging from 0 to 4 88cm.Its maximal anteroposterior and superoinferior dimensions are 2 91±0 65cm and 5 62±0 99cm respectively on the cadaver sections.The uncinate processes were noted on 84 21% of the specimens,71 05% among them were seen on the sections NO.L 1￣R 1.The main pancreatic duct is mainly located in the posterosuperior(36 84%)or posteroinferior(34 21%)parts of the pancreatic head with an inner diameter of 1 98±0 55mm.The accessory pancreatic duct was found in 31 58% of the specimens,mainly located in the center of the pancreatic head with its inner diameter 1 25±0 41mm.Adjacent structures of the pancreatic head were also studied in detail.
