摘　　要：枯竭会影响高校心理咨询工作者的工作绩效和身心健康,本文针对高校心理咨询工作的现状,从个人特征、当事人特征、工作特征三个方面分析了高校心理咨询工作者枯竭的原因,并提出了一些预防措施。Exhaustion can influence the work achievements and body and mind health of psychological consultants in colleges and universities. In this paper,according to the current situation of psychological consultation work in colleges and universities, exhaustion causes for psychological consultants in colleges and universities have been analysed and some preventing measures have been proposed from the following three aspects： characteristics of individuals, clients and work.
