摘　　要：利用光学金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等对锅炉屏式过热器管爆管原因进行了解剖分析,认为过热器管工作中局部存在过热现象,管壁组织因过热而发生组织粗大化、晶界合金元素偏聚、沿晶界的氧化-腐蚀破坏等,这些因素共同作用使得过热气管该部位蠕变强度大幅降低,最终导致了过热气管的早期爆管。The crack reason of a superheated steam tube was analyzed by Optical and Scanning Electron Microscope. It showed that a part of the tube had been superheating and it made the structure of tube becoming large, alloy elements gathering together in the grain boundary, oxidizing and corrosion happening at the grain boundary. Those factors induce the decreasing of the creep strength which results in the creaking of the tube.
