摘  要:天线座系统中动力传动链的性能直接影响雷达伺服控制系统的性能,某船载精密测量雷达服役20多年后,通过修改伺服回路的参数对雷达俯仰振荡、精度超差进行了大量的试验,还是解决不了问题,然后经过分析,并检测认为:减速箱齿轮磨损引起传动回差增大是起因,重新生产,替换旧减速箱,解决了困扰雷达多年的俯仰振荡、精度超差难题。The driver rigging's capability of the radar antenna pedestal system affected the servo control system' s capability directly . One ship-borne precision measure radar had worked for over twenty years , and accuracy error was caused by elevation oscillation, numerous servo test were performed by modifying factors of servo circuit ,while the problem still existed. After analysis and inspecting, it was thought that the reason is the increase of hysterisis error caused by wearing out of gear box . Old gear box was replaced by reproduced new one. This method solved the puzzle of accuracy error and elevation oscillation on radar.
