健脑益智液对新生鼠铅损伤的保护作用

摘  要:目的研究健脑益智液对铅损伤大鼠的保护作用。方法采用腹腔注射醋酸铅溶液设立正常对照组、低铅组和高铅组,同时在各组中腹腔注射健脑益智液0.1mL,分别设立低铅干预组,高铅干预组。观察各组的体格生长、神经反射测试、感觉功能和运动功能。结果在低铅组、高铅组、低铅干预组、高铅干预组中,体重增长值分别是22.36±2.04g、17.42±2.94g、25.30±1.74g、24.14±2.41g,P<0.05;脑重增长值分别是1.13±0.03g、1.04±0.06g、1.20±0.05g、1.14±0.06g,P<0.05;断崖回避反射出现的天数分别是6.8±0.83、7.6±0.89、5.8±0.45、6.2±0.84天,P<0.05;斜板转头反射出现的天数分别是7.2±1.1、8.8±1.1、5.8±0.45、6.8±0.84天,P<0.05。然而萌牙出现的天数分别是10.4±1.82、11.0±1.0、9.2±1.30、10.2±1.30天,P>0.05。在高铅组和高铅干预组中,游泳的评分分别是1.6±0.71和14.4±0.55,P<0.01。结论健脑益智液对铅损伤所致的体格生长障碍有明显改善作用。Objective To investigate brain protection of Jiannaoyizhi solution for Pb-damaged newborn rats. Methods The newborn Wistar rats were abdominally injected varied dose of lead acetate to establish a Pb-damaged rat model, other rats were not injected any lead acetate as normal controls, then the rats were randomly divided into low Pb group and high Pb group. 0.1 mL of Jiannaoyizhi solution was injected into abdominal cavity of rats in each group to establish low Pb-Jiannaoyizhi intervention group and high Pb-Jiannaoyizhi intervention group. The primary outcome indexes for the rats in each group including physical growth, early nerve reflex, development of sense and motor, and swimming function were examined. Results In Jiannaoyizhi solution intervention groups, physical growth such as increment in body weight and brain weight(22.36 ± 2.04g, 17.42 ± 2.94g respectively), appearance days of cliff avoidance, surface righting, slope turning and auditory startle were better than those in the high Pb subgroup (25.30 ± 1.74g and 24.14 ± 2.41g respectively), development of motor and swimming functions were significantly improved. However, in incisor eruption time, eyes opening time and visual orientation, homing test there were no significant differences between normal control group and high Pb-Jiannaoyizhi intervention group. Conclusion Jiannaoyizhi solution obviously improves physical growth disturbance of newborn rats caused by Pb damage.
