摘　　要：在炼钢-连铸生产工艺流程中,连铸坯的在线长度检测和切割是其中的重要环节。对影响铸坯单重的因素进行了调查,在小方坯连铸机上试验使用了定尺定重切割系统,提高了铸坯单重控制精度及轧机轧制成材率。A length and weight cutting system was installed and trailed in a billet caster. Factors to influence length cut strand were investigated. Based on above efforts, accuracy control of cut strand and the yield during rolling process were improved.
