网络对大学生心理健康的负面影响及对策探究

摘　　要：网络对大学生心理健康产生了较大的负面影响，一些学生出现了与网络相关的心理问题或心理障碍。因此，我们应该认真分析研究这些负面影响，积极探讨网络文化背景下加强大学生心理健康教育工作的对策，尽可能地防止或减少这些负面影响，从而维护和促进大学生的心理健康，使其能在网络时代健康成长。Internet has produced bigger negative influence to college students＇ psychological health; some students have appeared internet-based psychological problems or psychological obstacles. Therefore, we should analyze and investigate earnestly these negative influences; and study and strengthen actively the measures of the psychological health education work to the college students on internet cultural background; and prevent from or reduce these negative influences possibly, so as to support and promote the college students＇ psychological health and make them grow up healthily in internet times.
