摘 要:采用改进的离子选择性电极技术直接测定了碘盐中的微量碘。在0.50mol/LNaCl0.01mol/LVc介质中,由KI或KIO3碘化的食盐含碘量可以采用标准曲线法直接分析,不需要氯碘分离,Cl-的干扰作用被校正。碘盐分析的相对标准偏差和回收率分别是1.8%(n=6)和105.9%,模拟碘盐分析的平均相对误差值为5.2%。Trace iodide in the iodated salt was directly measured with an improved ion-selec tive electrode technique. The content of iodide in the salt iodated with KI or KIO3 was directly analysed in the mixture composed of 0. 50 mol/L NaCl-0. 01 mol/L Vc with the standard curve method, in which the chloride and iodide in the iodated salt were not separated from each other and the interference of Cl- was calibrated. The relative standard deviation and the recovery in analysing iodated salt were 1. 8 % (n = 6 ) and 105. 9%, respectively, and the mean relative error of analysing the simulated iodated salt was 5. 2%.
