摘　　要：Survivin是一种凋亡抑制蛋白,具有调节细胞分化和抑制凋亡的双重功能。因其在人类大多数肿瘤中高表达,故成为近年来肿瘤基因治疗研究热点。此文就Survivin在肝癌中的研究进展作一综述。Survivin is a member of inhibitor of apoptosis protein family, which is a bifunctional protein that surpresses ap optois and regulates cell division. It is over expressed in almost all the human tumors and it can be identified as a new therapeu tic target in cancer.
