摘  要:为探讨利血平致抑郁及阿米替林抗抑郁的机理,将Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为对照组、利血平模型组和利血平加阿米替林组,测定了大鼠脑内游离钙离子、钙调素、环核苷酸含量变化。结果显示,模型大鼠脑内游离钙离子、钙调素和环核苷酸含量降低,阿米替林可使模型大鼠脑内游离钙离子、钙调素浓度升高,而对环核苷酸则无影响。提示利血平致抑郁的机理与2条第二信使通路均有关,而阿米替林则可能是通过作用于钙信号系统发挥其抗抑郁作用。In order to investigate the mechanism of depression induced by reserpine and antidepression of amitriptyline, male Wistar rats were randomly allocated to three groups as follows: control, reserpine model and reserpine plus amitriptyline. The concentrations of free calcium ion, calmodulin and cyclic adenylic acid in the rat brain were determined. The results showed that the concentrations of free calcium ion, calmodulin and cyclic adenylic acid in the model rats brain were significantly lower. The concentrations of calcium ion, calmodulin but not cyclic adenylic acid was increased after amitriptyline treatment. It suggested that the mechanism of depression induced by reserpine was associated with the two second messenger pathways, and the mechanism of antidepression of amitriptyline was related to calcium messenger system.
