摘　　要：竞赛矩阵和竞赛图是组合数学中一个非常有趣的课题,目前已有广泛地研究。但以前所讨论的大都是不允许平局的单循环比赛为模型,现在考虑以允许平局的足球比赛为模型。由于足球竞赛矩阵的研究中尚未涉及其正则的情况,因此给出了几个正则竞赛矩阵的性质。The subject of tournament matrix and tournament graph is very interesting in the combinatorial and the graph theory, it already has the extensive research currently, but the discussion is about the model of the single circle game disallowed tie. This text considered to take the football game of allowing the tie game as the model. Because the research of the football game didn＇t yet involve the circumstance of regular, so this text gave a few positives property of the football tournament matrix.
