摘　　要：Livin是细胞凋亡抑制蛋白家族的新成员,与肿瘤的发生相关。它在某些恶性肿瘤中特异性高表达,而在大多数正常成人组织低表达或不表达(除胎盘),故可作为分子标志物而成为肿瘤诱导凋亡治疗的新靶点。在肺癌中它的表达较高并且与放化疗的耐药有关,已有研究表明,它有可能成为免疫治疗或基因治疗的靶点。Livin is a novel inhibitor of apoptosis protein （IAP） family member, which is correlated with the development of tumors. Its expression can be detected in several tumorous tissues, but in normal adult tissues the expression is absent or low （except placenta）. Perhaps it can provide a new therapeutic target for cancer patients by modulating the apoptosis. In lung cancer, the expression of Livin is high and concerned with the resistance of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Investigations have shown the potentiality for Livin as a target for immunotherapy or gene therapy.
