摘 要:通过添加自制绿色无机颜料及抗老化复配体系制备3种聚乙烯(PE-HD、PE-LLD、PE-HD-g-MAH)薄膜,研究了3种薄膜在铝板、玻璃钢板及相应基布上覆膜后的发射率变化规律。结果表明,基板选择和薄膜厚度是影响发射率的重要因素。基板的发射率越高,体系的发射率也越高。同一基板上薄膜厚度小于150μm时,体系的发射率随着薄膜厚度的减小而减小;当薄膜厚度超过150 μm时体系的发射率变化不大。Three types of film of PE-HD, PE-LLD, and PE-HD-g-MAIA containing green inorganic pig- ment and ageing-resistant compound system were prepared and overlaid on aluminium plate, glass epoxy, and cloth separately, the emissivity of the film-overlaid system was investigated. It showed that the nature of substrate and the thickness of the film were important to the emissivity. The higher the emissivity of substrate, the higher emissivity of the system. The emissivity decreases with the decreasing thickness of film when the thickness of the film below 150μm, however, only little change of emissivity observed when the thickness was larger than 150μm.
