热作模具钢激光非光滑处理后的磨损性能

摘  要:模仿生物体表的非光滑形态,利用激光在H13模具钢表面加工出各种形态和分布间隔的非光滑单元体,研究非光滑单元体形态、分布间隔对模具钢磨损性能的影响,并探讨非光滑表面材料的磨损机理。结果表明,非光滑表面试样的耐磨性随非光滑单元体形态和分布间隔的不同而变化,在所研究范围内,网状形态非光滑试样的耐磨性最佳,条状次之,点状较差;非光滑试样的耐磨性随单元体分布间隔的减小而提高。由于非光滑单元体硬度较高,可阻碍磨损进程,减少磨料对基体材料的犁削,能大大提高材料的耐磨性。Imitating the non-smooth shape of biont surface,the non-smooth surfaces with different shape and distributing distance were obtained on the H13 die steel by laser. The effects of shape and distributing distance of non-smooth unit on the wearability of die steel and the wear mechanism of material with non-smooth surface were discussed. The results show that the wear resistance changes with the variety of shapes and distributing distance of the non-smooth unit. The wear-resistance of reticulate non-smooth specimen is the best in the experiments, then is the striate and cave pit. The wear-resistance increases with the decrease of the distributing distance of non-smooth unit. It is supposed that the higher hardness of non-smooth unit would block the wear progress and decrease the ploughing and paring of abrasive particles to matrix, so the wear-resistance of non-smooth material would improve markedly.
