摘　　要：随着计算机和网络技术的发展,人们的学习方式发生了很大变化。WBL框架对构建学习者在线学习环境有很好的指导作用,为此,作者对该框架进行了介绍,并基于该框架对中小学教师在线学习系统的开发提出了建议。With the development of computer and network technology, people＇s learning styles are undergoing great changes. WBL framework is a good guide for the establishment of online learning environment for learners. The article explains it at first, and then provides the suggestions to build e-learning system for those teachers.
