摘　　要：21世纪是知识经济时代,知识时代需要新的组织管理理念与方法。教育技术组织承担着推进教育现代化的任务,其管理的理念与方法如何,在某种程度上决定着教育技术的发展。知识管理理论为教育技术组织管理提供了新的视角。本文从组织文化、信息技术、个体交流、激励制度、组织机制五个方面探讨了将知识管理在教育技术组织中的实施策略。21 century is the epoch of knowledge economic, it need the new methods of organization management. The organization of Educational Technology is charged with the assignment of modernization in education. The methods and ideas of management decide the development of educational technology. The theory of knowledge management provides the new viewpoints for the management of organization of Educational Technology. The paper discuss the implement strategy in the organization of Educational Technology which include： the culture of organization, information technology, the personnel communion, prompting institutions, the mechanism of organization.
