摘　　要：矿山企业是有别于一般企业的特殊经济实体,有其自身的特点,目前还没有专门的评价方法。本文结合矿山企业的特殊性,选取有代表性的指标,运用价值工程的相关理论构建评价模型,综合反映矿山企业的整体情况,在矿山企业评价方面提供一种新思路。The mine enterprise is the special economic entity and different in common enterprises. It has its own characteristic. At present, there is not the special method in the mine enterprise appraises. This article unifies the characteristic of mine enterprise, selects the representative index , uses value engineering theories to establish the appraise model which reflects the mine enterprise the overall situation, and provide a new method in the mine enterprise appraises.
