摘  要:目的:研究天花粉蛋白(TCS>)体内抗结肠癌作用。方法:将人结肠癌SW-1116移植于Swiss-Df品系8周龄裸小鼠肾包膜下,次日以不同剂量TCS注射入探小鼠腹膜腔内,以丝裂霉素(MMC)为阳性对照,生理盐水(NS)为阴性对照,每日给药一次,连续五日,观察天花粉蛋白对移植瘤体内抑制情况。结果:TCS剂量为0.75mg/kg组对移植瘤SW-1116的抑癌率为41.2%(P<0.001),较1.0mg/kgMMC组(抑癌率31.28%)为佳;0.5mg/kgTCS组抑癌率为27.50%(P<0.05),远小于TCS对小鼠的半数致死量(13.4mg/kg)。结论:TCS对结肠癌SW-1116裸鼠有体内抑癌作用。Purpose :To study the effects of anticolon carcinoma (SW-1116) of Trichosancin (TCS) in vivo. Methed: SW-1116 human colon carcinoma were transplanted in subrenal capsules of eight-week Swiss-Df strain nude mice, the different dosages of TCS were injected into nude mice peritoneal cavities next day after transplantation for 5 days, control groups were treated with normal saline (NS, negative control) and mitomycin-c (MMC, positive control), then the tumor growth were observed. Results: The inhibition rate oi TCS in 0.75mg/kg group on the transplanted tumor was 41. 20 %, superior to that of 1. 0mg/kg MMC group (31. 28 % ). The effecti ve dosages of TCS was 0. 05mg/kg (inhibition rate 27. 5 %, P<0. 05), much lower than LD50(13. 4mg/kg) of mice. Conclusion:This experiment confirmed that the TCS have the anticoloncarcinoma SW-1116 effects in vivo.
