摘　　要：信息伦理学作为一门迅速发展中的新学科,从第一代计算机伦理学到第二代信息伦理学已成为社会各界共同关注的理论与实践的重要课题。从信息伦理学、信息伦理学的一般本质和特殊本质、信息伦理学的道德规范3方面进行了论证和探讨。Information ethics is prompt one new discipline in developing; ethics already becomes the theory that the general public shows solicitude for commonly and the important problem putting into practice fi＇om first-generation computer ethics to second-generation information, The main body of a book is discussed fi＇om information ethics; information ethics sort nature and peculiar nature, information ethics code of ethics the sum having carried out demonstration in three aspects.
