牛黄熄风胶囊治疗大鼠急性脑梗塞的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察牛黄熄风胶囊（ＮＨＸＦＣ）对实验性急性脑梗塞大鼠的疗效，初步研究其作用机理。方法３０只Ｗｉｓｔａｒ脑梗塞大鼠随机分为３组，分别以牛黄熄风胶囊、莶通栓丸（ＸＱＴＳＰ）和生理盐水灌胃治疗７ｄ，治疗前后检查神经病学评分和病理组织学改变。结果牛黄熄风胶囊组治疗后的神经病学评分明显低于治疗前和生理盐水对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），但与ＸＱＴＳＰ组间差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５），病理显示：治疗后牛黄熄风胶囊组脑神经细胞的损害明显改善。结论牛黄熄风胶囊有及早促进脑血管再通，改善缺血，减轻脑细胞损害，对缺血性脑损伤具有保护作用。Objective To observe the effect of Niuhuang Xifeng capsule (NHXFC) in treatment of experimental actue cerebral thromboemblia rats.And study the mechanisms preliminarily.Method 30 Wistar rats with acute cerebal embolism were randomly divided into three groups which were respectively treated with NHXFC,xiqan tong shuan pill (XQTSP) and normal saline (NS) for 7 days.And the neurologic grades and pathology were observed before and after above treatments.Result The neurologic grades of NHXFC group were markedly lower after administration than that of before administration (P<0 01),but there was not significant different between NHXFC group and XQTSP group (P>0 05).It was showed in pathology that the injuries of neurones were more slighter in the NHXFC group than that of control group.Conclusion NHXFC may promote the recanals of cereberal vessels,reduce the injuries of neurones ans therefore have a protecting role on ischemic cerebral injuries.
