摘  要:目的探讨用适宜基体改进剂来消除石墨炉原子吸收法测定血铅基体干扰,建立基体改进剂测定血铅的方法。方法样品经硝酸溶液+双氧水消解,以磷酸二氢铵+硝酸+抗坏血酸混合液为基体改进剂,用石墨炉原子吸收法测定血铅含量。结果本方法的回收率为92.7%~100.8%,相对标准差为2.9%~5.7%,方法检出限为4.2ug/L,能满足卫生部《血铅临床检验技术规范》的要求。结论改良基体改进剂后,方法简便易行,重现性好,准确度高,测定结果令人满意。Objective To develop a modified method for detecting blood lead by GFAAS using an improved matrix modifier,which eliminate the matrix interference effectively. Methods Samples were digested by HNO3 + H2O2, and matrix modifier was NH4 H2 PO4 + HNO3 + Vit C, and then detected by GFAAS. Results The recovery rate was 92.7 % 100.8 %, and relative standard deviation(RSD) was 2.9 % - 5.7 %. The detection limit was 4.2ug/L. This method satisfactory with Blood Lead Clinical Laboratory Technical Specification by Ministry of Health. Conclusion The modified method is simple, convenient, accurate and with good reproducibility. The result is satisfactory.
