摘　　要：目的探讨CO2激光手术治疗阻生齿龈瓣患者的临床价值。方法362例患者随机分为两组,CO2激光组206例,采用CO2激光手术治疗;对照组156例,采用口腔科传统手术治疗。结果206例阻生齿龈瓣患者中,CO2激光组手术时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01);CO2激光组手术后愈合时间亦明显短于对照组(P<0.01),经SPSS1.0软件统计,统计结果上述两组均有统计学意义。结论CO2激光手术治疗阻生齿龈瓣手术时间短,出血少,愈合快,患者痛苦少,且术后复发率低,同时降低了拔牙率,是一种较好冶疗此病的方法。Objective To explore the clinical value of CO2 laser operation treatment in impacted tooth gingival sulcus. Methods Three hundred and sixty-two patients were randomly divided into 2 groups：CO2 laser treatment group treated with CO2 laser operation treatment （n=206）, and the control group treated with traditional operation in oral cavity department. Results The time spent for CO2 laser operation treatment group was significantly less than traditional operation group （P〈0.01）. The time on operation recovery was also less than the traditional operation （P〈0.01）. As per spssl .0 software statistics the both groups had significant difference. Conclusion CO2 laser operation in treatment of impacted tooth gingival sulcus has the advantages such as less time, less bleeding, quick recovery, less pain for the patients. The recurrence rate is low. At the same time, the rate to pull out a tooth is decreased. CO2 laser operation is a very good treatment for this disease.
