经电子支气管镜微波治疗晚期中央型肺癌的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨电子支气管镜下微波治疗晚期中央型肺癌的价值。方法经电子支气管镜对10例晚期中心型肺癌进行微波治疗,并与治疗前比较,以观察其疗效。结果显效:电子支气管镜下见瘤体缩小60%以上7例;有效:瘤体缩小>30%且≤60%者3例,气促等临床症状均有明显改善。结论经电子支气管镜微波治疗晚期中央型肺癌为一种操作简单、安全、有效的姑息性治疗方法。Objective To study the value of microwave treatment by electronic bronchoscopy in advanced stage central type of lung cancer. Methods Ten advanced patients with central type of lung cancer were treated by microwave therapy through electronic bronchoscopy and were evaluated their curative effect and compared with one＇s pre - therapy. Results Seven cases were found that tumor size was shrunk more than 60% by bronchoscopy therapy, while three cases were found that tumor size was shrunk range from 30% to 60%, furthermore, tachypnea symptom relieved remarkable in all cases. Conclusion Microwave treatment is a convenient, safe and effective therapy by electronic bronchoscopy in advanced stage lung cancer.
