遗尿症患儿视听整合持续操作测试对照研究

摘　　要：【目的】探讨原发性夜间遗尿症(primary nocturnal enuresis,PNE)患儿的反应控制力和持续注意力特征。【方法】采用视听整合持续操作测试系统对30例单纯PNE患儿分别与22例PNE+注意力缺陷行动障碍(at-tention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)患儿和30例正常儿童进行对照研究。【结果】单纯PNE组和对照组比较,综合反应控制商数、听觉反应控制商数、听觉谨慎商数、听觉一致性商数差异有显著性(P<0.05),综合注意商数、听觉注意力商数、听觉警醒商数和听觉注意集中商数差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);单纯PNE组和PNE+ADHD组比较,听觉反应控制商数和视觉速度商数差异有显著性(P<0.05),综合注意商数、听觉注意力商数、视觉注意力商数、听觉警醒商数和视觉警醒商数差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。【结论】PNE本身即存在反应控制力和持续注意力的损害,伴有ADHD时注意力损伤更为严重,提示患儿注意力损伤可能与前脉冲抑制PNE比例下降有关。[Objective] To explore the characteristics of control response and sustained attention in children with primary nocturnal enuresis（PNE）. [Methods] 30 children with PNE were compared with 22 PNE＋ADHD（attention deficit hyperactivity disorder）children and 30 normal children separately. All participants were assessed with the integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test （IVA-CPT）. [Results] Full scale response control quotient, auditory response control quotient, auditory prudence quotient, auditory consistency quotient had statistical significant （P〈0.05） and full scale attention quotient, auditory attention quotient, auditory vigilance quotient, auditory focus quotient had statistical significant obviously between PNE group and control group （P〈0. 01 ）; auditory response control quotient, visual speed quotient had statistical significant （P〈0.05）and full scale attention quotient, auditory attention quotient ,visual attention quotient, auditory vigilance, visual vigilance quotient had statistical significant obviously between PNE group and PNE＋ADHD group（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] PNE had control response and sustained attention impairment, which could be aggravated by ADHD. We concluded that it may be associated with the decreased percentage of PPI.
