摘　　要：基于中国转型期的背景,通过185份有效问卷,分析基于环渤海地区国有控股、民营控股和外资控股所有权差异基础上的创业导向差异。发现公司创业导向构成维度具有独立变动性,国有控股企业与民营控股、外资控股企业间具有明显的创业导向差异。Corporate entrepreneurial orientation is a substantive accumulative knowledge for entrepreneurship research. This paper makes an analysis of corporate entrepreneurial orientation difference based on SOE, POE and FOE ownership difference of Bohai Sea Region, by using 185 valid samples under China＇ s transition economy context. Finally, this paper finds that the multi- dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation, there are significant entrepreneurial orientation difference among SOE, POE, and FOE.
