产业集群网络结构与企业创新绩效关系研究

摘　　要：分析集群创新网络的成员、联系、结构和功能,讨论网络结构变量对集群内部企业创新能力和绩效的影响,并通过调查问卷的方式,对所提出的假设进行检验。结果表明:企业所嵌入的网络的密度、联系强度、互惠性、稳定性、居间性和资源丰富程度等因素都对企业创新绩效存在着正向影响。Many Researchers regard industry cluster as a kind of enterprises＇ network. From this perspective, this paper first analyzes actors, ties, the structure and function of industry cluster＇ s innovation network. Then factors, which impact enterprises＇ innovation performance, are explored. Hypotheses are tested based on the questionnaire data. The results show that some variables＇ that characterize the network in which enterprise is embedded have positive correlation with enterprises＇ innovation performance, which are network density, connection strength, reciprocity, stability, betweenness and the degree of resource abundance.
