美沙酮联合益安回生口服液治疗海洛因依赖的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:为了探索更好、更有效的中西医结合的药物脱毒治疗方案;方法:选用符合DSM-IV阿片类依赖性诊断标准戒毒者150例,戒断症状评价总分在65-140分。采用随机分三组:A组(对照组1)、B组(治疗组)、C组(对照组2),每日上午9-10时医生观察评分、不良反应及护士测查生命体征。结果:治疗后B组(治疗组)戒断症状分值明显低于A组(对照组1)(p<0.01),与C组(对照组2)比较戒断症状分值无显著性差异(p>0.05);C组停服美沙酮口服液后出现明显反跳现象;结论:B组(治疗组)的临床脱毒效果与A组比较效果明显,与C组相比疗效相同,但无明显副作用。Objective： To searching a better and more effective Chinese and western medical curing methods of the drug dependence.. Methods： choosing 150 cases consistent with standard DSM-Ⅳ opium addicts whose drug withdrawal symptom conforms to the diagnosis standard of opium withdrawal reaction, and whose urine morphine test is positive, and total marks of withdrawal symptom are 65-140. Observing and comparing them in 3 randomly groups ： Group A [the contrast group 1].Group B [the group under treatment ].Group C [the contrast group 2 ]. The nurses have them observed and physically tested at 9-10 o＇ clock every morning ,and record their life signs and the adverse reaction. Results. group B whose mark of drug withdrawal symptom is clearly lower than that of group A （P〈0.01）. But it is almost as same as that of group C （P/〉0.05）. Except that the addicts of group C will feel unwell again clearly after they stop taking in methadone oral liquid. Conclusion： The clinical drug stopping effect of group B （the group under treatment） is much better than that of Group A, and it is as same as that of Group C .It has no obvious side effect.
