摘　　要：目的:探讨黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离手术治疗及效果。方法:对21例黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离采用前房穿刺玻璃体腔注气术、冷凝放液玻璃体腔注气术、冷凝放液外加压玻璃体腔注气术、玻璃体视网膜手术硅油充填进行治疗。结果:21例21眼视力比较:视力提高19例,无变化2例。最终20例黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离完全复位,1例未完全复位。结论:根椐患者的具体眼底改变,选择适宜的手术方法,既可使视网膜解剖复位,又能保护视功能。Objective：To study the therapeutic effect of the operative treatment of retinal detachment due to macular hole. Methods： A total of 21 affected eyes from 21 patients with retinal detachment due to macular hole were treated by injecting 30% C3F8 into vitreous cavity with drainage of anterior chamber, by injecting 30% C3F8 into vitreous cavity with scleral freezing and drainage of subretinal fluid, by injecting 30% C3F8 into vitreous cavity plus scleral buckling with scleral freezing and drainage of subretinal fluid, and by performing vitreoretinal surgery with silicon oil filling. Results： The eyesight was improved in 19 eyes. The retinal reattachment occurred in 20 eyes. Conclusion： The appropriate operative treatment selected according to the changes in eyeground and the surgeon′s skill could improve the vision.
