摘 要:目的研究丹酚酸B的荧光性质。方法采用大孔树脂吸附和醋酸乙酯萃取,自丹参药材中分离丹酚酸B,采用荧光扫描确定其激发波长和发射波长,考察pH、温度及光照时间对其荧光强度的影响。结果丹酚酸B的激发波长和发射波长分别为394 nm和501 nm。pH酸性、提高温度和延长光照时间可提高丹酚酸B的荧光强度。结论丹酚酸B在酸性条件下稳定,温度和光照可加强其荧光效应。Objective To research the fluorescence properties of salvianolic acid B. Methods To separate salvianolic acid B from the root of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. by macro - reticular resin adsorption and acetyl ester extraction, scan its excitation and emission wavelength by fluorescence spectrophotometer, inspect the effect of pH, temperature and illumination time on its fluorescence intensity. Results lts excitation and emission wavelength were respectively 394 nm and 501 nm. Acid, heating and illumination promoted its fluorescence intensity. Conclusion Salvianolic acid B was stable in acid condition, heating and illumination were helpful to its fluorescence effect.
