摘　　要：目的初步探讨IκBα磷酸化抑制剂BAY11-7082对人卵巢癌裸鼠移植瘤生长及血管生成的影响。方法建立人卵巢癌细胞系COC1裸鼠皮下移植瘤模型,腹腔注射BAY11-7082,测量移植瘤的质量,并用TUNEL法检测移植瘤细胞凋亡情况。同时应用免疫组化染色,检测瘤组织内的NF-κB p65、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和FⅧ蛋白表达,并计数微血管密度(MVD)。结果BAY11-7082组移植瘤质量显著低于阴性对照组(P<0.05),抑制率为47.60%;BAY11-7082组AI值高于对照组(P<0.05);PI值小于对照组(P<0.05),BAY11-7082组NF-κB p65、VEGF与MVD均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论BAY11-7082可能通过降低VEGF表达,抑制卵巢癌COC1裸鼠移植瘤生长。Objective To study the effect of BAY11-7082（beBctphophorylation inhibitor）, on the growth and angiogenesis of human ovarian cancer xenografts in nude naiee. Methods nude mice xenograft models of COC1 were establish. BAY11-7082 was injected peritoneally and the mice were weighed.The apoptosis rate of xenografts was detected by TUNEL assay .The expressions of NF-κB p65,VEGF and F Vl were assessed by immanohistochemical staining,and MVD was counted.Results The weights of xenografts were significantly lower in BAY11-7082 group than that in control （ P 〈 0.05） and the inhibitory rate was 47.60%. AI in BAYll-7082 group was higher than that in control（ P 〈 0.05 ）, whereas PI was lower in it than that in control （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expressions of VEGF,NF-κB p65 and MVD count of xenografts were significantly decreased in BAY11-7082 group than that in control（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion BAY11-7082 can inhibit the growth of COC1 xenografts in nude mice by downregulating the expressoion of VEGF.
