摘　　要：在华跨国研发中心数量在迅速增加,对中国国家创新体系和经济发展产生重要的影响。与外商对华直接投资相似,跨国公司在华设立研发中心的区位分布呈现极度的不均衡。文章基于29个省市自治区的统计数据分析,对各省市自治区利用外商研发投资的业绩与潜力进行了客观的评价,并进行了综合动态分析。由此不仅有助于把握利用外商研发投资的现状,而且有助于认识其内在规律和问题,提出有效的政策建议。The quantity of transnational R＆D centers is increasing rapidly in China, which has an important influence over the national innovation system and economical development. Similar to FDI in China, the location of transnational R＆D centers tends to be extremely imbalanced in distribution. Based on the statistical data of 29 provinces and municipalities, the paper has made an objective and comprehensive evaluation of the performance and potential of foreign R＆D investment in each region. It will be helpful in understanding the current situation of foreign R＆D investment, and inherent laws and problems in China. And on this basis, some effective policy suggestions are proposed.
