摘 要:以某发动机排气制动阀支架为例,阐述动态拓扑优化技术在工程上的应用。该支架在使用过程中由于共振产生断裂,故根据有限元分析和模态分析结果建立合理的拓扑优化模型,加以工艺制造约束和模态追踪控制。在保证结构质量不增加的前提下,利用拓扑优化技术实现了发动机排气系统固有频率的优化设计。优化后的支架不仅可以避开原系统的共振区域,降低支架重量,而且可以简化支架的加工工艺,既能降低生产成本,又能减少冲压过程中形成弯角褶皱的风险。An exhaust-brake bracket of an engine is taken as an example to illustrate dynamic topology optimization application in actual engineering. This bracket is broken because of resonance in using. On the basis of FEM and modal analysis of the bracket system, a reasonable optimum model is built, which considers manufacturing constraints and mode control. On the condition of keeping the structure weight, the bracket eigenvalue optimization is realized by topology optimization technique. Optimal bracket design is not only apart from the resonance region and lightens the original bracket, but also simplifies the manufacturing courses which reduce the manufacture cost and the risk of drape formation in punching.
