尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂mRNA在结肠癌中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的研究尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂(uPA)mRNA在结肠癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用实时定量PCR检测60例结肠癌及癌旁组织(距离癌组织边缘5～10cm)中uPA mRNA的表达,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果结肠癌组织uPA mRNA表达阳性率为81.7%,明显高于癌旁组织的23.3%;伴有淋巴结转移者uPA mRNA表达阳性率为95.1%,明显高于无淋巴结转移者的63.1%;侵犯浆膜层及肌层者uPA mRNA表达阳性率为90.4%,明显高于侵犯黏膜和黏膜下层者的66.7%。结论uPA mRNA的表达可作为结肠癌临床病理分期及预后判断的指标。Objective To investigate the mRNA expression of urokinase-type plasminogen activator（uPA）in colon cancer tissues and its relationship with the pathological characteristics. Methods The mRNA expression of uPA in 60 specimens of colon cancer and cancer-adjacent tissues was detected by real-time PCR. Results The uPA mRNA positive expression rate in colon cancer was 81.7%, which was significantly higher than that of cancer-adjacent tissues（23.3 % ）. The uPA expression positive rate was 95. 1% in colon cancer with lymph node metastasis,which was significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis（63. 1%）. The uPA mRNA expression positive rate was 9（I. 4% in colon cancer invading into serous or muscular layer, which was significantly higher than that only invading into mucous or submucous layer（66. 7%）. Conclusion uPA mRNA may be used as an index for clinicopathologic staging and prognosis.
