摘 要:该文运用转子动力学的方法,从理论上分析了木工圆锯机转子系统的陀螺效应,以及陀螺效应对圆锯机系统临界转速的影响;并运用美国RMA公司开发的转子动力学软件包XLROTOR,对M4114.8木工圆锯机进行了实例分析、计算和验证.结果表明,陀螺效应对木工圆锯机的临界转速有较大影响,在其设计和计算中应予以考虑.In this paper, by means of rotor dynamics, the authors theoretically analyzed the gyroscopic effects of the rotor system of the wood-working circular saw machine and its effects on critical whirling speed of circular saw system. Furthermore, M4114.8 wood-working circular saw machine was analyzed, calculated and verified by XLROTOR, a rotor dynamics commercial software package developed by American Rotating Machinery Analysis Company. Acc6rding to the results of analyses and calculations, the gyroscopic effect had bigger influences on the critical whirling speed of the wood-working circular saw machine, and it should be taken into consideration in the design and calculation of the wood-working circular saw machine.
