摘　　要：该文提出了集网络技术、数据库管理技术和3S技术为一体的,以省、市、县三级构成的天然林保护工程管理信息系统的构架和网络系统结构.该系统的研发以天然林保护工程的7大管理业务流程为基础,建立了基于地理信息系统组件、数据交换组件和展现组件的桌面系统.系统软件以及三级网络系统的搭建在我国四川、湖北等省得到了实现和应用.The paper describes the framework and network system construction of information system of management for the Natural Forest Protection Program at province, municipal and county levels, in which the technologies of network, database management and ＂3S＂ were integrated. Based on the seven groups of management operation flow, the desktop system was developed by group-wares such as GIS, data-exchange and presentation, etc. The software and network construction have been applied in Sichuan and Hubei provinces and play a key role in the project.
