摘  要:目的:调查广西毛南族人群6个短串联重复序列的群体遗传分布资料,探讨7个民族的遗传关系。方法:应用PCR-STR基因扫描技术分析,研究200名广西毛南族无关个体6个STR位点的等位基因频率的分布特点,计算遗传距离,用Neighbor-Joining和UpGMA法构建了系统发生树,分析遗传关系。结果:6个STR基因座平均观察杂合度为0.7825,平均多态信息总量为0.7324,累积个体识别力达0.99999951,累积非父排除率达0.994575。鄂伦春族、东乡族、锡伯族3个北方民族聚为一支,金秀瑶族、融水苗族、罗城仫佬族、毛南族4个南方少数民族聚成另一支。结论:D3S1358、D5S818、D7S820、D13S317、vWA、FGA的最高频率等位基因分别是16、11、11、8、14、22。广西毛南族的6个STR基因座属高度遗传多态性标记。广西毛南族与罗城仫佬族的遗传距离最近。Objective: To investigate the distribution of six short tandem repeats (STR) loci (D3S1358, D5S818, D7S820, D13S317, vWA, FGA) in Maonan Ethnic group in Guangxi and explore the genetic relationship among 7 minorities. Methods: The Allele frequency of 6 STR loci were generated from 200 unrelated individuals of Maonan minority by PCR-STR and genescaru The genetic distance among 7 minorities was computed. The phylogenetic trees were constructed by using Neighbor-Joining methods based on the genetic distance, and then the genetic relationship among them was analyzed referring to the relative information. Results: The average heterozygosity (H) in 6 STR loci was 0. 7825; the average polymorphism information content (PIC) was 0. 7324; the accumulative discrimination power (DP) was 0. 99999951,and the accumulative probability of paternity exclusion (EP) was 0. 994575. All 6 populations were divided into 2 groups: Group Ⅰ (Olunchun, Dongxiang, Seba) and Group Ⅱ (Yao in Jinxiu, Miao in Rongshui, Mulao in Luocheng, Maonan). Conclusion: The allele 16 is the most primitive allele in D3S1358, 11 in D5S818, 11 in D7S820,8 in D13S317,14 in vWA, and 22 in FGA. The data possess high genetic polymorphisms. Genetic distance is the closest between Maonan and Mulao.
