摘　　要：以LF炉电极系统为对象,采用SIEMENS基于PC的控制器WinAC RTX实现电极系统的智能复合控制,利用开发工具WinAC ODK开发接口程序;运用工业以态网和现场总线技术,确保了系统的实时性。实际应用表明基于WinAC的电极智能复合控制系统具有可靠性高、易维护、可扩充、性价比高等特点,具备一定的推广和参考价值.The application of controller of SIEMENS WinAC RTX is to realize some intelligent control programs and complex func- tions.Development tool WinAC ODK is used to develop interface programs.It is Industrial Ethernet and Profibus DP that entitles system to character of real-time. Actual application shows that system based on WinAC has high reliability,maintenance ability and high function-price ration.It deserves reference and expansion.
