美国公立高校教师薪酬公平法律保障探析

摘　　要：近年来,美国高校教师薪酬方面存在的歧视问题日渐突出,当事者往往通过诉诸法律来解决争端。本文主要探讨在这一背景下,美国的各级法院系统如何通过《平等薪酬条例》、《公民权利法案》第VII项权利等几部涉及薪酬公平的法规来保障高校教师的薪酬公平。同时,本文还关注了统计学中建立模型的方法在法院判案中的应用。In recent years, the problem of pay disparity among faculty in American public universities becomes more and more serious, and many faculty members have to solve the dispute through court. This article probes into how the courts in the U.S. ensure faulty salary equity based on the Equal Pay Act and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. It also discusses how the statistical methods are used in a case.
